Cuvée Noctis · 2019
Black cherry, violet and cracked pepper — Plavac Mali from sun-struck limestone above the Adriatic, rested eighteen months in French oak.
The Vineyard
Forty-degree terraces of karst limestone, hand-built by four generations, drink the sea light 2,700 hours a year.
The Cellar
Beneath the domaine, French oak barriques breathe in the cool dark — softening tannin, deepening colour, gathering spice.
The Table
Black cherry, violet, cracked pepper — a wine made to slow down an evening, and to be remembered after it.
The grape
A child of Zinfandel's Croatian ancestor, it ripens unevenly on purpose — sweet berries beside tart ones — giving the wine its rare tension of power and freshness. Tap the cluster to explore.
01 · Pulp & seed
Translucent, honeyed pulp gives the sugar; two hard seeds give a whisper of grip. We press gently, so the seeds never break.
The growing region
Explore the estate from above. Every parcel faces south, catching the sun twice — once from the sky, once from the water.
In the round
Drag to rotate. Every detail — the foil, the engraved label, the deep punt — was chosen to carry a decade in the cellar.
